The City of Cheyenne, Airport Golf Club, and L & L Incorporated are NOT LIABLE for any injuries or damages caused by golfer activity or natural causes such as lighting, hail, wind, ect. In the event of lightning in the area, the golf shop will make every effort to inform players using a blow horn. However,

General Terms & Conditions

• To keep the speed of play, all players MUST HAVE a set of clubs and a bag. Groups are expected to play 9 holes in 2 hours 15 minutes, 18 holes in 4 hours 30 minutes or less.
• Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Proper conduct constant with the game of golf is required, proper attire is incouraged. No pets are allowed on the golf course.
• No one under the age of 19 will be allowed to rent or operate a golf cart. Persons who rent golf carts will be responsible for all damages while the cart is rented.
• Fishing Kiwanis Lake is PROHIBITED by city code.
• All rental equipment MUST be returned to the golf shop by the stated time of sunset.
• Kingham Prairie View will close, and all persons will be asked to leave the facility at the stated time of sunset daily.

OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES ARE NOT ALLOWED, we will be happy to serve you from the clubhouse or the beverage cart.

Tee Time Terms and Conditions

• Golf shop staff will always have control of the tee sheet and will put players and groups together as necessary.
• Tee times may be made seven (7) days in advance in person, by phone, or online at airportgolfclub.com. Booking of tee times will begin at 6.30am daily and require a credit card on file. Walk-up golfers are always welcome.
• No shows and times that have less than the booked number of players will be subject to a no show fee of $10.00 per player.
• Tee times and players must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid the no show fee being applied. Groups that are not checked in at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled tee time will be subject to the no show fee.
• The no show fee will not be applied in cases of bad weather or course closure.
• All rental equipment MUST be returned to the golf shop by the stated time of sunset.
• Kingham Prairie View will close, and all persons will be asked to leave the facility at the stated time of sunset daily.

The golf shop staff will always control all play. Only foursomes are allowed unless approved by the golf shop.

A Few Words on Maintenance

Players must be aware of the need to carry out necessary maintenance practices which may interfere temporarily with play.

Practices such as mowing, irrigation, fertilization, aeration, and topdressing are critical in creating the surfaces on which the game is played. For the safety of all, players are required to always yield to the maintenance staff, but especially during the early morning hours while the course is being prepared for daily play.

Failure to yield to the maintenance staff will result in the loss of playing privileges for that day. Patience and courtesy towards golf course personnel is required and greatly appreciated when maintenance practices are encountered.
